Chromahaus (“we”) provides a design service, in which you create a design for a piece of jewellery with the help of software and our team, and a making service, in which we have the piece you approve made and delivered to you. Designs are concepts; the 3D model you approve is the specification we make.

Your email address is your account. Free draft renders are provided per account and per day as shown in the studio; purchased credits are valid for 12 months. You may not use the service to create designs that infringe another person’s rights or that are unlawful. You own the designs you create; you grant us the right to use them to make your piece and, only with your separate consent, to show them.

An order is placed when you pay the materials price shown at checkout. The maker’s fee is confirmed when your 3D model is ready and will fall inside the band shown at checkout; if it cannot, we contact you before charging. Production starts when the maker’s fee is paid. Prices include delivery.

You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering or until modelling starts, whichever comes first. If you decline the 3D model, you may choose a refund of half the materials price or store credit for the full amount. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled. Because you approve photographs of the finished piece before it ships, pieces cannot be returned or exchanged; a piece that differs materially from the approved photographs is remade at no cost.

Resizing and repairs after delivery are not included in the price of a piece. On request we quote them at the workshop’s cost before any work starts. A piece that differs materially from the photographs you approved is remade at no cost (section 4).

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
